RETURNS POLICY

At Dezitrek we take pride in our products and we are dedicated to customer satisfaction and providing the best products Australia and World Wide!

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product. Should you find any fault or defect with your product please contact us as soon as possible as we love to help and are committed to ensuring the highest quality possible.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Unfortunately, products that have been used can no longer be returned due to sanitary reasons. Returns won’t be accepted if the product has been used.

Faulty or Damaged Dezitrek Gear

Something not right with your Dezitrek product?  Send us a photo and description of the fault with your product via support@dezitrekgear.com.  We’ll check it out, confirm the fault and get you a replacement or refund straight away!

Note: Incorrect product care, general wear & tear, unauthorised repairs or modifications do not equate to a faulty or damaged product.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR DEZITREK GEAR

Please email us at support@dezitrekgear.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  1.  Please write Return or Exchange in the subject line. So we can easily identify you, please include your full name and postal address that your Dezitrek order was sent to in the body of your email.
  2.  We will reply within 5 working days and advise you of the next steps.
  3.  Please note that you can only exchange or return items purchased from dezitrekgear.com and the items must be returned in their original condition, unused and accompanied with the original packaging and invoice.
  4.  Once the item has been inspected and meets the return criteria, we will notify you if it has been approved or not.
  5.  We will do our best to process your exchange or return as quickly as possible after receiving your returned item, it may take up to 8 working days to process.
  6.  All refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment. For exchange items we will send out the item.

Whether returning or exchanging your Dezitrek purchase, you are responsible for the postage fee.

In the event that you are exchanging goods, Dezitrek will cover the costs for the new items to be sent back to you. We will notify you to confirm the best address to resend your Dezitrek order back to you.
